Kopchushka is a novelty on a vegetarian foods market. The basis of the product are wheat protein, sunflower oil, inulin, prebiotics, carrot and beet fiber. Also there is an oilcake from chia seeds. Oilcake from chia seeds is attractive by its beneficial properties, rich in qualitative lignans – natural phenolic compounds, known for their estrogenic properties, enhance cell growth and prolong life. Oilcake from chia seeds has an excellent amino acid profile and it’s well absorbed by the body. The composition of chia seed includes vitamins C, E, PP, B1, B2, B6, B9, B, and E.
