“Kopchushka” from plant protein, smoked on beech wood chips in sweet and sour curry sauce

wheat protein, extra-first cold pressed olive oil , sunflower oil, carrot fiber, allspice, flour from Chia seeds, sea salt, agar-agar, natural dye “beetroot”, ascorbic acid, barbecue sauce (water, tomato paste, potato starch, salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar acid).

Kopchushka is a novelty on a vegetarian foods market. The basis of the product are wheat protein, sunflower oil, inulin, prebiotics, carrot and beet fiber. Also there is an oilcake from chia seeds. Oilcake from chia seeds is attractive by its beneficial properties, rich in qualitative lignans –  natural phenolic compounds, known for their estrogenic properties, enhance cell growth and prolong life. Oilcake from chia seeds has an excellent amino acid profile and it’s well absorbed by the body. The composition of chia seed includes vitamins C, E, PP, B1, B2, B6, B9, B, and E. The product is known by a high content of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, nickel, sodium, zinc, and other macro and micronutrients .

The use of products with the addition of chia seeds helps the rehabilitation and reconstruction of athletes, improving regeneration of the musculo-skeletal system, removing the inflammation and pain in muscles and joints.
